“My skin just looks tired and flat.”

Congested pores, dullness that makeup sits on top of, skin that photographs badly under any light. Hydrafacial is usually where we start — because it tells us a great deal about how your skin behaves.

Why it happens

Your skin is not dirty. It is simply not being cleared and hydrated fast enough.

Dead cells sit longer on the surface than they used to. Pores hold onto oil and debris. The barrier loses water through the day, so by mid-afternoon skin looks flat and foundation has settled into every line. None of this is a hygiene problem — it is a turnover and hydration problem, and it responds quickly once addressed properly.

How it works, in thirty seconds

01

Cleanse and exfoliate

Dead skin lifted away gently, so everything applied afterwards actually reaches the skin.

02

Extract and peel

Painless vortex extraction clears the pores, followed by a peel matched to your skin, not a standard one.

03

Hydrate and boost

Serums and a targeted booster are infused, finished with LED light therapy on the Deluxe and Platinum.

What you will notice

Skin that catches the light again
Visibly clearer, smaller-looking pores
Makeup sitting flat instead of separating
A softer, more even surface within the hour
No redness, no recovery, no hiding

Ideal for

Anyone before a wedding, event or photographs
Congested or oily skin that breaks out
Dull skin that has stopped responding to products
First-timers who want to start somewhere gentle
Not suitable during an active skin infection

What people believe · what is true

“It is just a fancy facial.”

It is a medical-grade device with measurable extraction and infusion. The difference is visible in the waste canister, which we are happy to show you.

“I will be red afterwards.”

You will not. This is the one treatment you can genuinely have on a lunch break and return to a meeting.

“One will fix my skin permanently.”

It will not. Hydrafacial maintains skin beautifully month to month, but lasting change to texture or scarring needs microneedling or peels alongside it.

“My skin is too sensitive.”

The PHA Sensitive peel exists precisely for this. We adjust suction, serum and peel strength to your skin on the day.

What to realistically expect

Same day

Glow, softness, visibly clearer pores. This is the instant part.

Days 2 – 5

Makeup goes on better. Skin holds hydration for longer through the day.

Week 2

The peak of it. Many clients book their next around this point.

Monthly

Consistency is what compounds. Monthly is where skin quality genuinely shifts.

Questions we are asked every week

Does it hurt?

No. Most clients describe it as a cool, slightly odd suction sensation — a few fall asleep. Extraction around the nose is the busiest area and we slow down there.

Which tier should I have?

Signature if you want a clean, hydrated reset. Deluxe adds a targeted booster and LED. Platinum adds lymphatic drainage first. We will recommend based on your skin, not on the price list.

Can I have it before a wedding?

Yes, and we would encourage it — but three to five days before rather than the morning of, so any small blemish that surfaces has time to settle.

Is it safe on deeper skin tones?

Yes. It is one of the safest options across all Fitzpatrick types, which is part of why we use it so widely.

Can it be combined with other treatments?

Very often. It pairs particularly well with skin boosters and with a prescription skincare routine at home.

People do not buy a Hydrafacial. They buy walking out of a room and having someone ask what they have been doing differently.

We will tell you honestly whether this is right for your skin.

Every treatment here begins with a Skin Health Assessment — a proper look at your skin, a conversation about what is bothering you, and a written plan you can take away and think about.
