Cookies we use

We keep cookies to a minimum. Our website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.

• Strictly necessary cookies — our website platform (WordPress) may set cookies that are needed for the site to work securely, for example if you log in to the website’s administration area. These do not require consent.

Third-party services

• Enquiry and booking forms (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) — the forms on our Contact and Skin Health Assessment pages are provided by our client management system. When a form loads, this service may set cookies or use similar technologies to make the form work, prevent spam and securely send your details to us.
• Google Fonts — we use Google Fonts to display our typefaces. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. You can read more in Google’s privacy policy.

If we add cookies in future

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future — for example to understand which pages are most helpful — we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, refuse third-party cookies or delete cookies when you close the browser.
