“The lines are there even when I am not frowning.”

Forehead lines, a frown that makes you look cross, crow’s feet that stay after the smile has gone. Lines have more than one cause — so the right answer starts with working out which one is yours.

Why it happens

Some lines come from movement. Others come from skin that has lost its support.

Expression lines are etched by the muscles you use every day — frowning, squinting, raising your brows. Static lines are different: they appear as collagen and hydration decline, and the skin can no longer bounce back. Most faces have a mix of both, which is why one treatment rarely fixes everything.

How we approach it

01

Assess

We look at your face at rest and in movement, and talk through what bothers you most.

02

Advise

We explain which lines come from movement and which from skin quality — and what each needs.

03

Plan

Where a prescription treatment is appropriate, it is only ever prescribed after a face-to-face consultation.

What you will notice

A softer, more rested expression
Lines that look less etched over time
Skin that looks smoother and better hydrated
Still looking like you — just less tired
A plan that builds gradually, not all at once

Ideal for

Forehead lines and frown lines
Crow’s feet around the eyes
Fine, crepey lines from dehydration
Anyone who wants natural, conservative results
Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding

What people believe · what is true

“I will look frozen.”

Only if you are over-treated. We would always rather start conservatively and review than take away your expression.

“Every line needs an injection.”

Not true. Fine lines from dehydration often respond better to skin boosters, peels or microneedling.

“Once I start I can never stop.”

You can stop at any time. Your face simply returns to how it would have been.

“Creams will do the same job.”

Good skincare matters and protects your results, but it cannot change how a muscle moves.

What to realistically expect

Consultation

A proper look at your skin and an honest conversation about options.

First week

Skin-quality treatments show hydration first; other changes take longer.

Two weeks

A review point, so we can see what has changed and adjust if needed.

Ongoing

A maintenance plan that suits your skin, your budget and your diary.

Questions we are asked every week

Do you offer anti-wrinkle injections?

Prescription-only treatments are only discussed and prescribed after a face-to-face consultation, where we can assess whether they are appropriate for you. We will always explain every option, including non-prescription ones.

Will people know I have had something done?

Our aim is that they will not. People should notice you look well and rested, not that something has been done.

Does it hurt?

Most treatments involve very fine needles or none at all. Discomfort is usually brief and mild, and we talk you through everything as we go.

Is there downtime?

For most options, no. You may have small marks or mild redness for a few hours. We give you aftercare advice on the day.

How do I know which treatment I need?

That is exactly what the consultation is for. We look at what is causing your lines and recommend accordingly — including when the answer is skincare.

The best compliment is not “what have you had done?” It is “you look really well.”

We will tell you honestly whether this is right for your skin.

Every treatment here begins with a Skin Health Assessment — a proper look at your skin, a conversation about what is bothering you, and a written plan you can take away and think about.
